Research participation
The 2026 edition is a public baseline, not a settled account of institutional practice.
Future research examines what survives practitioner challenge and real institutional use: which findings hold, which frameworks are usable inside a working ministry, and which parts of the baseline need to be revised.
What participation means
The DD Field Kit 2026 tools are released as public beta for practitioner testing. Testing them in real institutional conditions, challenging the findings, and pointing to authoritative sources the baseline missed are the forms of participation the next research cycle depends on.
The launch status of the Field Kit is not a claim of operational validation, and this page is not a call for applications.
